Materials for the plastic chains

LF acetal resin with lubricant additives, brown colour

  • Low friction coefficient and high wear resistance are the characteristics of this material
  • used at temperatures between -40°C and up to +80°C dry and up to +65°C in water

 

D acetal resin, grey colour

  • Higher friction coefficient compared to LF acetal resin and lower wear resistance
  • Used at temperatures between -40°C and up to +80°C dry and up to +65°C in water

 

WR wear-resistant material, black colour

  • Used under highly abrasive conditions, such as glass, sand, etc.
  • Up to 5 times greater wear resistance than acetal, however with a higher friction coefficient than LF
  • Used at temperatures between -5°C and up to +100°C dry

 

HP High Performance, in colours: HP dark grey, HPW white

  • Material with the lowest frictional value
  •  We recommend it for use in dry runs in the drinks industry
  • Is used at temperatures from  -40°C and up to +80°C dry and up to 65°C in water

 

PP polypropylene

  • Inexpensive material with good chemical resistance
  • Used at temperatures from +5°C to +105°C dry and up to 105°C in water

 

AS anti-static material, colour black

  • Material for reducing the risk of static charges
  • Increased electrical conductivity
  • Used in temperatures from +60°C dry and up to +50°C in water
